Today, Latch announced that Noelle Uglesic has joined its leadership team as Vice President, GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations. Uglesic will lead Latch’s Revenue Operations team and support Sales and Customer Success with the creation and implementation of key processes.

Prior to joining Latch, Uglesic served as Vice President, Worldwide Revenue Operations at Reputation.com, where she doubled the size of the sales organization, built out the Sales, Value Engineering and SDR teams, reorganized the GTM engine to focus on higher dollar value deals, and built out enterprise and strategic customer segments, which resulted in 50% Y/Y growth. Before joining Reputation.com, she served as Head of Global Sales Operations at Elementum, a leading supply chain SaaS platform, where she managed strategy and territory management and enablement.
Previously, as Navis’ Senior Director of Worldwide Sales and Professional Services Operations, Uglesic built out the infrastructure for the Sales and Professional Services teams, created the optimal GTM model to support sustained high growth, and negotiated the biggest deal in Navis’ history, cumulatively resulting in 300% revenue growth.
Uglesic’s extensive experience scaling Sales and GTM teams, will help power Latch’s growth into new markets and verticals, while simultaneously building on Latch’s multifamily product-market fit.
