Mission Control & the Latch App
Latch offers a simple subscription price of $5 per unit per month. This subscription covers the use of Mission Control for property managers and the Latch app for residents. Note that some exclusions apply.The subscription is automatically included with each lock and will be charged once the lock is activated.
ePMS for Property Management
Our automated integration with most property management systems (PMS) is $1 per unit per month. This integration allows your PMS to work with Latch to relay unlock codes to new residents prior to their move-in date, so that moving in can be as simple as typing in a code on moving day. It also helps to enable all the many benefits of using our Mission Control offering.
Concierge Pro
Our Concierge Pro offering is $3 per unit per month. This allows you to streamline package deliveries and resident notifications for a simpler and more user-friendly experience
