Latch is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the Latch Sales team. You will engage and work with some of the world’s leading property developers, property managers, architects, designers, distribution partners, integrators, and local partners. Your primary job focus will be to drive Latch brand awareness and Latch market share in your respective city. 

Internally, you will work collaboratively with the Latch's Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, and Business Operations teams to grow your business and secure purchase orders. You will be a part of the exciting and growing prop-tech industry and will be joining an emerging industry leader during a pivotal stage of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively deploy Latch in your local market.   
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to close and partner with internal resources to drive deals to completion. 
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in your local market by leveraging existing relationships to drive local expansion 
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that speak to Latch’s vision and the value it can provide to your partner network. 
  • Works with the assigned CSM to ensure existing software agreements renew and expand. 
  • Accurately forecasts future sales and understands the nuances of the assigned market. 
  • Maintains a deep understanding of customer portfolios, customer technology stack, and the competitive landscape to systematically expand Latch’s share of wallet while displaying a strong sense of ownership over your assigned market.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real Estate or Enterprise SaaS experience  
  • Highly collaborative and capable of working as part of a team
  • 6+ year's experience in B2B Sales and Strategic Account Management
  • Able to travel 40% of the time
