The Latch R controls electronic access points like lobby doors, parking garages, elevators, and office turnstiles. The Latch R functions as a completely standalone access system (without requiring a separate access control panel) and can also communicate with other devices via Wiegand, Ethernet, or Wifi.

The Latch M has an industry standard mortise cartridge at its core, designed to meet and exceed every project requirement. The Latch M is designed for individual apartment doors, office suites, and amenity rooms, and doesn’t require any electrical wiring or internet connectivity to form a complete access system.
